This Workshop is a core activity of the preparatory phase of the EUNICoast Doctoral School. It brings together PhD candidates from partner universities to strengthen transversal skills, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and test joint doctoral training formats at Alliance level.
The workshop also provides a space for strategic reflection on the future structure of the EUNICoast Doctoral School.

Participants: 20–30 PhD candidates from EUNICoast partner universities

Who can apply
Applications are open to:
- PhD candidates enrolled at an EUNICoast partner university,
- PhD candidates at any stage of their doctorate,
- candidates whose research topic aligns with at least one EUNICoast thematic area.
Participation in the workshop is independent from the Short-term Mobilities scheme.

- networking across EUNICoast institutions,
- contribution to the co-creation of the future Doctoral School.
Application and Selection
Candidates are required to submit:
- a motivation statement,
- a short description of their PhD project,
- a CV.
Applications are assessed based on:
- relevance to EUNICoast priorities,
- motivation and engagement,
- interdisciplinary potential,
- balance across institutions and disciplines.
