New common European ecosystem

The graphic outlines the development of a unified mobility framework through coordinated actions including administrative harmonisation, mobility incentives, digital infrastructure, and flagship initiatives such as summer schools and a student festival.

The Steering Committee has formally approved the EUNICoast Handbook for BIPs and Short-Term Mobility, unifying twelve different administrative systems under one operational standard. This is a milestone for anyone involved in organising or participating in mobility across the alliance, and a key achievement for Work Package 5 (Mobility and Internationalisation).

Partners are already redirecting their mobility flows towards EUNICoast institutions, making the alliance the primary framework for international cooperation rather than a secondary project. The collective mapping of bilateral agreements has also created a shared resource for strategic planning.

Looking ahead, dedicated task forces are now active for the EUNICoast Summer School and the Student Festival, both planned for the coming months. Meanwhile, Work Package 5 (Mobility and Internationalisation) and Work Package 6 (Digital Campus and Shared Infrastructure) are collaborating on the mobility section of the EUNICoast Portal, aligning operational needs with the digital infrastructure.

With a shared handbook, active task forces, and a portal in development, EUNICoast's mobility framework is steadily becoming the primary reference for cooperation across the partnership.
