On 15–17 April 2026, the FOREU4ALL Community of Practice holds its second transversal workshop in Granada, hosted by Arqus and the University of Granada. The event, titled “Aligning Project Management and Impact: A Practical and Strategic Dialogue for European University Alliances”, brings together around 140 participants from across the European Universities Initiative to tackle a question all alliances are grappling with: how do project management structures translate into measurable, lasting impact?

EUNICoast, will take part in the poster session, presenting the EUNICoast impACT Pipeline, a framework developed to make the journey from alliance co-creation to institutional and societal transformation both visible and intentional. Built around three stages (Alliance Creation, Campus Adoption, and Transfer), the pipeline helps EUNICoast distinguish activity from impact, and connect project outputs to deep cooperation, institutional change, and wider sectoral relevance.

The workshop also includes a session on communicating alliance achievements, in which communications officers from alliances across Europe will share strategies for reporting and storytelling, a topic that sits at the heart of EUNICoast's dissemination work.

Granada will be an opportunity to present EUNICoast's approach to impact to peers from across Europe, and to bring back insights that strengthen how the alliance measures and communicates its own progress.
