Offices

About

The EUNICoast Mobility Office was established as part of the alliance's commitment to fostering seamless academic cooperation across our 12 partner universities spanning 11 European countries. As a dedicated three-person team, we serve as the central coordination hub for all mobility-related activities within the EUNICoast alliance.

Our work focuses on coordinating Erasmus+ programmes, facilitating frameworks for student and staff exchanges, and supporting international academic cooperation initiatives across partner institutions. We develop standarised processes and tools that enable International Relations Offices (IROs) at each partner university to effectively manage their mobility programmes within the alliance framework.

Beyond traditional exchange coordination, we play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative mobility formats, including Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) and microcredentials. We work closely with International Relations Offices across all partner institutions to ensure consistent standards, streamline processes, and create frameworks that maximise opportunities for students and staff to engage in transformative international experiences.

Services

The EUNICoast Mobility Office coordinates mobility activities within the EUNICoast alliance and supports the International Relations Offices (IROs) at partner institutions. Our services include:

Coordination and Framework Development:

  • Development of standardised application and nomination procedures for alliance-wide mobility.
  • Creation of guidelines and templates for mobility processes.
  • Coordination of calls for applications across partner institutions.

Support for International Relations Offices:

  • Procedural support for IROs managing mobility within the alliance.
  • Facilitation of information exchange between partner institutions.
  • Development of tools and resources for mobility management.

Alliance-Wide Initiatives:

  • Organisation of joint mobility activities and events.
  • Coordination of Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs).
  • Support for staff mobility coordination across the alliance.

More Information

The EUNICoast Mobility Office serves as a coordination hub supporting International Relations Offices rather than providing direct services to individual students and staff. For questions about studying or working at an EUNICoast partner university, please contact your home university's International Relations Office (IRO). Your IRO is your primary contact point and will support you throughout the entire mobility process, from application and selection through to completion of your exchange.

Below you will find information about each of our 12 partner universities, including their IRO contact details.
