The European University Alliance EUNICoast officially commenced its activities at the kick-off meeting and the first meeting of the Board of Rectors held from January 21 to 23 at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin in Poland (ZUT).

ZUT hosted over 40 representatives from 13 universities from 12 countries 

The meeting focused on setting principles and timelines for seven work packages, discussing project management, and enhancing communication within the consortium. Rectors presented their universities’ strategies aligned with EUNICoast’s goals of fostering student and researcher mobility as well as collaboration in areas such as blue circular economy, port logistics, cultural heritage preservation and sustainable energy.
